installation

I bought the gameCloseCombat Modern Tactics and it was veeerryyyy long adventure to download it and it seems to be an even longer journey to install it.At first everything is OK and I fill in the serial and click to the installbutton where it starts to go against its destiny(the harddisk).It refuses to be installed and I dont know what is wrong.....I have the free games Steelpanthers world at war and titans of steel warring suns,they installed perfect.I also have closecombatseries,all three of them,but this one new closecombatgame will not install properly.Can somebody give me help in this issue?

you need to add details of what goes wrong with the installation procedure.

What makes you think that it hasn't installed , describe any error messages.

There was no messages,just silence,a nice beginning from start and I filled in serial and then it just got quiet.But now everything is fine,I´m to old to read everything that has small letters but now I got the specs on and there it was,CLOSE DOWN ANTIVIRUS.Those accidents must be good for the circulation.[:D]
