Incorrect pp gain

The program is awarding an incorrect number of pp's for gaining control
of a multi-district minor country. In this example; France DOWs Naples/Scily
& (correctly) loses 2pp's. Spain gets control (due to ALLY status) & SHOULD
gain 2pp; but only gets 1.

both Spain & France are running 1.01b.

This is fixed in 1.02.
 
However, Matrix guys: You might want to verify that the fix works for ALL minors with districts, and not just Sweden (the one for which failing test cases were presented earlier).
At LAST! The greatest campaign board game of all time is finally available for the PC. Can my old heart stand the strain?
