Question is "what to do now?"
Should i try to make the HQ to march or to follow other unit in the same hex back to Chungking?
Should i ask my IJ counterpart to drop some Paras there to force the HQ to retreat?
Should i leave it as it is?
Will the supply and reinforcement function normally as if the HQ was in Chungking?
Will this be resolved by "jump back" ?
Should i sacrifice a goat? [:D]

Maybe a goat and a chicken. If you figure out how to get it to move back, let me know.
I have a game where it is one hex East of Chungking and I have not figured out how to
get it to move back. [&:][:(][:@][8|]

Let me know also....my Canton BF decided to ignore their "static" label and moved out of Canton.

Yes, maybe use the 'set all to march' button on a stacked unit and see; maybe that's how he moved away in the first place. I use that ploy to overcome the refunal of some units to join a siege, because of "enemy zones."

It appears to be a form of the old bug where the top unit gets the orders instead of the selected unit. As far as I can tell, you can only do this in a base hex. So, I can't get it to move back.

The examples i've seen with the static units moving had nothing to do with setting "all to march" or "all to follow"... you can get a static unit to move if all the static portions are disabled or destroyed.
