Minimize Issue with new Patch

I have Vista 32 and having a problem with the new patch. I click on the game to run and it goes through all the intro movies. However, after the movies are complete, it auto minimizes the game to the task bar and I can't swtich to it. I can hear the radio sounds kind of indicated it is on the menu screen, but no way to switch to it. Tried task manager, tried clicking on the minimized icon, and tried to alt-tab.

Any thoughts on how I can get this to work? Any kind of startup options I can try?

There should be something in the read me about that for Vista. I think you have to move or delete the movie files.

Couldn't find anything in readme, but I think it might have something to do with the resolution.  I selected a different resolution and at least could get into the game.  Although it still minimized right away, I eventually kept clicking and got in.

Please check out the advice in the Read Me/What's New file. It explains what to do. Basically your options are to delete, rename or move the three intro movie files ( .avi ). It's a Vista issue only.
