compatibility with xp

Post by phacker »

i have installed the game on my computer but when i press play, i keep getting a message that an incorrect disc has been inserted. this has made my 9 year-old really sore, since the game works on his mom's computer (W 98), but she's far away now. when i try to adjust the compatibility mode on the computer, i get all kinds of other error messages. has anyone run into this problem and are there any suggestions as to how to fix it?

According to the requirements page SUDG is XP compatible. I'm hoping someone who has more experience with this game can help.

SUDG works all fine on XP. Did you patch the game with the latest available patch ?

Um, obvious question, but the SUDG CD is in the drive that you installed the game from, right?
