Problem cunducting assualts

Post by dulsin1 »

I have a corps in a territory with a city I want to sack.

I have a depot stacked with the corps and plenty of cash to pay for supply.

In the land phase I click done...... Now we are in the diplomacy phase!?!?

What am i missing?

It would be nice to have a button to force payment of supply so that I can pick who gets priority. There seems to be no way to find the corps that have not foraged. I would prefer to pay for some of my corps then hit the all forage button.

you need two things:

1. the corps you want to use to attack the city must move INTO the city, using the "move in/out" button. Forces inside a city have a small red/white square in the upper left

2. the corps you want to assault the city cannot use move points to forage; in other words, if you used the "auto forage all available corps" option you cannot assault.

Thanks! That is exactly what I needed.

The forage / supply UI is sadly lacking.
