Sorry about this Ron............. but I drop by this board regularly to read the marvellous AARs of Mogami, dgaad, Fuchida and others.......and always find myself checking your messages.

They read like an AAR....... Ron against the might of UPS......struggling valiantly...... now reinforced by Matrix...... will this tip the scales to get Ron his game.........?

Can you post your continuing saga in the After Action Reports section........ it's quite gripping stuff.......... :)

Well, I'm having a coffee and a smoke. I'm savouring the smoke as it constitutes 20% of my daily intake (I'm almost at the point of quitting...cold turkey is for wild animals). Anyway, I think Raverdave and I are the only preorder guys left still awaiting our wee packages, but at least he can track his as he ordered it through a dealer. Everyone else througout the WORLD has there copy.

I'm just wondering if this is a real reflection of Canada's decaying status on the global stage. Hell, they increased the G7 nations to G9 just so Canada can pretend to be of geopolitical import. Why shouldn't guys in Hong Kong and Melbourne get their copies before me, they are only 10,000 miles farther away?

Oh! There is a truck! Darn, it's an off duty catering van. I don't need a frigging sandwich, people! I need my mail! Oh, and a smoke.

I should call UPS and use my best Sam Kennison immitation.:cool:

Ron,

I feel for you. I have spent all my extra time in the past few days playing UV, even to the point of missing a flight yesterday. I was gambling on my carriers stopping a IJN invasion fleet, hoping that the last boarding announcement really was not the last. Anyway I had to take the next flight out one hour later, almost missed that one as well. Dam game is starting to get addictive. (Maybe a Health Canada warning label is in order).

I am back in town Wednesday night. If you still do not have your copy, let me know and if you want, I can visit you and show you my copy.
"In difficult ground, press on;
In encircled ground, devise strategems;
In death ground, fight."

It's not that bad. It is only a game and contrary to my posts and their frequency, I do have a semblance of a life. Thanks anyway.:D

Up date......I rang the dealer, and he said that I should have it in my hot little hands either today (Tues) or tomorrow. I have just rang home, and there has been no mail deliverys today:( So it looks like tomorrow. This kinda reminds me of when I was a teenager as was trying to loose my cherry.....everyone around was getting their's popped, except me.....oh but when it did come it was worth the wait:D

Never argue with an idiot, he will only drag you down to his level and beat you with experience.
