The updated OOBs?

Has anyone yet managed to find the updated OOBs for Battle of Britain and Bombing The Reich?

I've played a few short games in both using vanilla OOBs but I'd really like the updated ones.

I am not allowed to pass on the OOBs from JC site

I'd also like to get these updated OOB, but i had some troubles to find them...probably my bad knowledge of english isn't helping...
Just to be sure...I understood correctly if I say that no one it's allowed to distribute it anymore?
There's no other way to get it? No website, no community, any e-mail address or god to pray?

the person who made the OOBs for the old BTR, has the rights to them, is no longer very active online, or with any of the forums

when last spoken to about the OOBs he wanted to be in control of passing them out, and with out him giving permission for those of us who knew him ,we can not pass them out

Does anyone have a updated OOB they wish to share?

The OOB I have is v103finalx10 from 2001.december.29 and I have seen on the old forums on ezboard, that there should be more current ones available.

It would make my day if anyone have it, so I can get another campaign done before the new game come out in the spring
