Could you please tell me why I am not getting any email when replied to, even though my settings are for it to do so?

About February 15 I stopped receiving email from the Matrix forums. I blamed my spam filter, but after whitelisting the Matrix forums address, I still have seen nothing. Anyone else having a problem?
