Carrier Aircraft Replacements

Post by Echo »

I got the jist of aircraft dribbling in as replacements from the supply pool.

But are these replacement [aircraft] automaticaly flown out to carrier groups, or do I have to put into port. And where do I have to put into port with my carriers?

On a side note, where do depleted ground units need to be positioned to be brought up to strength with replacements?
(I'm guessing Brisbane or Truk).

I have transfered whole squadrons to CV's as sort of replacement and rotated some to land bases rest and reforming although I think disbanding would be a better idea. See the manual for the difference between withdrawl and disbanding.

Hello...

Replacements for ground units will appear as would reinforcements. They will need to be trasported to where ever the parent unit is located, by the player. You can see them coming down the pipline, by looking at the ground reinforcement schedule in the Intel screen.

Have Fun...
