Infantry...............Questions.

Post by Titanwarrior89 »

Sorry if this has been asked already.

1. Can Inf enter building?

2. Can building be destory and or set on fire?

3. With the armor/Inf up to what level can be fought in the battle Generator..........Such has Company, Battalion or Regimental level?

Thinking about buying the game. Didn't buy the first one because it lacked some of the above.

1. Can Inf enter building?

Yes.
2. Can building be destory and or set on fire?

No. However, there are rules for light vs. heavy buildings and there is a chance of penetrating fire to model the fact that buildings are not perfect cover.
3. With the armor/Inf up to what level can be fought in the battle Generator..........Such has Company, Battalion or Regimental level?

The main limit is the complexity of the generator map template and map size. Given the size of most maps, I think more than 50 units or so per side can make them pretty crowded. As a result, I'd say battalion size per side is about the most fun for armor or up to two battalions for infantry. There is no hard limit in the game on the number of units you can have. If you set the points as high as possible in the random battle generator, you will find that some templates can't handle all the forces, though it will try (and it does a pretty darn good job now of fitting them in).

- Erik
