...that even the best of us can forget [;)]:

The graphics engine stretches the height of the logo design on the helmet by about 30% so reduce the height of the logo design to about 70% on the helmet to have it render properly (without vertical distortion) in game.

That drives me nuts when my helmet logo gets cut off at the top. I probably should go back and check all my old stuff. Some I scrunched a bit, some I didnt. I really like big logos on my helmets, so scrunching is necessary

That's why I never flatten my PSD files, especially on the helmets. I can go back and tinker with the logos until it looks right.
