Cruise Missiles

Does Harpoon3 have the ability to program cruise missiles' flight path? I know that missiles such as the harpoon and the TLAMs and TASMs have programmable routes. Do I need to change the game over to a more advanced setting or is there something that I am just missing. This is one thing that I have not really been able to find in the manual, but I haven't really been able to read it cover to cover. Thanks

No, waypoints for autonomous weapons are not implemented.

You can, however, issue course changes manually to weapons that have a two-way datalink (e.g. wire-guided torpedoes, certain ASMs etc.).
