Exchanging battlefiles when attacking depot garrisons

Seen this at least twice in 1.02.

One or more corps enter area with no corps, but enemy depot with a garrison.
When clicking area, you enter battle screen in a trivial combat. (Says so)
No chits are chosen. Click 'done' and first round is run.
Take casualties, 'done' again, and you are asked exchange battlefiles with opponent.

You send it, he takes casualties, returns it, etc. Normally once is enough, with just 1inf on the depot,
it is not a big problem. But it can't be meant to be that way...
