unconditional surrender - bug with List C

Hi there,

in my PBEM game we just faced a pproblem with the ceding of three provinces from Prussia (AI) to Russia (human).
Russia looked after Pemmerania, West Prussia and Warsaw. I copied the message and the screenshot.

Any ideas?

the following is the info from the message box
1809, Sep Russia cannot implement Cede 3 Provinces. Contradicts previous condition!
1809, Sep France selected Magdeburg to be ceded!
1809, Sep France forcing Prussia to cede 1 provinces
1809, Sep Prussia Pays ALL of next quarter's income to Russia
1809, Sep Enforced Peace for 24 Months
1809, Sep Prussia surrenders unconditonally to Russia
1809, Sep Prussia surrenders conditonally to France

This is correct.  You cannot take the "Cede 1 provence" AND the "cede 3 provences" conditions in
the SAME surrender.  France preempted Russia's choice & Russia lost out.
 
This is one of the downsides to being a member of a big coalition - not much risk; but
not great rewards; either.

PBEM and Russia has been allowed to grow this huge? It's good that France stopped Russia.
