Problem w/Greek War Mod

I've been playing the Greek War Mod as the Greeks and completed the Italian invasion part of the game without any problems. However, when I now start the Greek attack part of the game, when I try to start the game after selecting my units, I get an error window which is completely blank and the game dies. Any ideas on what the problem is? I downloaded the mod & maps about a week ago so I assume they're up to date and I'm playing on an XP machine.Any help is appreciated.
