Failed COTR corps supply and crash

In a game where I have Prussia and the full COTR and am at war with Turkey, each time I try to move my COTR corps into Turkish territory, it gives me an error when I end my Land phase, saying that my COTR corps have failed supply. It then shows the corps counter with no troops, and when I click on the next one, the game crashes.
