Question regarding Height and Weight

Will an OL with 90 strength and 90 blocking that is 6'6" 280 lbs be significantly better than an OL with 90 str and 90 blk that is 5'10" 250 lbs.?

The reason I ask is sometimes it seems the game assigns some unrealistic height and weights to players and if it makes the game play more realistic I will change the heights and weights to make it more realistic.
