Help. Game in Crisis - Synch bug and worse

Hello everyone. Help!

I have a great game going with pedro.
But first we had the synch bug,
then the combat replay files became corrupted and do not show combat results, just the screens of combat that occurs.
In the last turn no combat file was generated making the game impossible to play.
Is there anything we can do?
Reinstall WITP at both ends?
The game is a CHS 155 game patched to 1.806 at both ends.
Any help would be appreciated.
I want to be able to continue the game.
