First downs

Playing a league game ver. 2.2 cpu vs. cpu, 3D. Delaware State is on defense against Norfolk State. It is the first possession of the game. Delaware State has not had the ball yet but the pop up on the screen between plays says they have two first downs.

DSU did have two penalties that gave NSU first downs. I checked the stats and it showed DSU with 2 first downs and 2 penalties for 20 yards.

Did NSU have the first downs too?

Sorry David, it did again for the third time and I did not pay attention to NSU's stats. Unfortunately I reset the league.

Do you remember what the penalties were? I just ran the game setup to give me a penalty on each play executed. The offense was awarded the first down, but never the defense. So I'm wondering if it's a specific penalty that's causing the problem.

I think it was pass interference.

If this happens again, please send the debug logs for the game. So far it's not happening here.
