That picture is not large and/or clear enough to discern anything meaningful. Can you please grab another, save it as a jpeg with about 10% lossiness and upload it here and click the Embed in post checkbox. Hopefully then I can see what you are referring to.
 
In addition could you upload a zipped copy of a saved game with the condition you describe. Thanks.

I have a clear JPEG file, but it says it is too big to load so I resixe it smaller and it becomes unclear.

I've noticed this as well whenever reinforcements appear. It corrects itself fairly quickly with no apparent effect on the game, so I never mentioned it in Beta-testing.

Did the attachments eventually re-attach to the on-map boss in your game?

Over time "some" seem to reattch to the organic or previous HQ.

A reinforcement HQ enters the game and I immediately issue it a move order and suddenly I have a number of units, some previously detached other previously attached to others HQ's, moving towards the newly arrived HQ's destination.

Can you please provide a saved game just before the reinforcement arrives? Thanks.

Save game sent... however, it is after the HQ's arrival, not prior.

No I need one prior to its arrival as I will then be able to step through the code sequence when it does arrive and find out what happening.
