Injury Question

I was playing indoor football and on 4th down I had the ball at the other teams 1 yard line. I sent my field goal team on the field. I then took a delay of game penalty to get my team better position for the kick, but after the play clock hit zero the camera showed my kicker who was injured (for a few plays) "on the play." I never snapped the ball, but what was more interesting was when the kicker was on the field for the next play. I don't know if this is a glitch or if kickers in indoor football are really wimps [;)]

The kicker was in drama in college and high school. I guess the coach knew that since he put him right back on the field.
