Another issue

I was able to have my computer serviced and got the video card driver fixed. Now I have another problem and I dont know where to turn. Now when I go into the properties of the Maximum Football program. I not either able to open the uniform folders or the folder when opens locks up, with me having to cntrl- alt- delete to get out.. I am running Win XP Service pack 2 and never had a problem. How can I diagnose the problem?
