Create BLUE/RED Orders in SE

I want to create my own scenario.
How can I create and edit my Blue and/or Red orders in SE ?

You can't in the SE (which is strange, yes).  But you can use the Orders Writer once you have a scenario file saved.  In your HCE directory there is a program called OrdWrite.exe, use that (there is also a shortcut to it in your start menu).  When you write the orders, make sure you have something in each 'tab'.  There must be some text in the scenario background/description, must be some for blue orders and must be some for red orders, even if it is just a single period.

Also, even if you are making a scenario played by Blue side only, you still need something in the Red side orders.  Even if all you put for Red is 'Blue Only'.
