What keyboard commands do i use to access off board cities such as Madrid? (to change production in designer scenerios)

Loki,

There are no new off map cities, and no way to add them that I know of. For my scenario with Madrid and Cairo, they are located on the west edge of the map, unmarked on the map, on rail hexes. They are around the middle of Germany there - or you can use the editor and open the city section to find the exact hexes. Let me know if you still have problems finding them - they are not marked on the map, except their names will appear when you click on the hex they were assigned to, and then you can manipulate their production.
