Are there any Siberians in GPW?

If so do all Soviet Fronts get them and when do they show up?

Reinforcements arrive in Tikvin (North sector) during the first week of October and east of Moscow during the first week of December

Tikvhin Siberian arrival hex could be changed?

Oh that's not good news. In a game I'm in the NW Front commander is about to lose Tikvhin in early September - that means no Siberians for him - perhaps the arrival hex could be moved farther east or an alternate hex designated to be sure they arrive?
