Another "when" question

Hi- It seems to me a long time ago(6 months?) an availability date was posted. AIR, it had some thing to do with a gamers' convention in June 2008.

Is this still valid? Or can someone give me a link so I can find out?

Also, is this going to be a download, or a download with box also?

I hope I'm in the right pew for this querry.
