how long for games

im looking to start a PBEM game but im wondering how long game take to complete. what do people average per night, 2 or 3 turns or what? if thats the case it could take months to finish a game.
ps, is ther some kind of ladder or system so i can play reliable people who are not going to cancel a game because they lost a few carriers etc.

I'm up for a game I can guarantee one turn per M-T and a least 6-8 hours straight play most Fri. nights or Sat days or Sun days. I don't care how bad I grt my a-- kicked It's all part of the learning curve. E-mail me you can pick the game and set up
