I'm looking now, but don't see it. I never could master the OOB association thing, but will keep trying.

Open the file in your shp folder called icon data listSeptember 5, and scroll down the numbers till you see this; {24413,24414}, //781.SPW 251/17 . Although the name is wrong, it's my fault the name didn't get updated, you'll see that 24413 means the hull icon association #13, is in icon 244.shp, and the turret icon is in #14 position, icon244.shp. Hope this helps...

Thanks, I looked at those lists and got even more lost, also because of their date I wasn't sure still matched. Thank you for the explanation, now I'll know. Did you already send him a copy of it? Would there ever be an association that has a different hull # from turret # IE:{24413,25714} if so, how would you send a proper shp that contains both, just curious.

Yes, I did indeed send the file tohim, he should be good to go now!!

In answer to your other Q, yes, there are many with seperated icon associations, to make sure sending a graphic in your example, you would need to send icon244.shp, icon344.shp, icon257.shp, and icon357.shp, the 3xx series are doubles, which are in fact the 'tan' colored ones of past SP series, you need those so the right graphic shows up for say Germany vs. Rumania, or any other group that use the same base color of Grey, green, brown.
