Ok, do we know that he isn't sick or some other random bad event didn't happen to him?

Edit: This does however show the need for game refs or some sort of locked file that can only be opened with 50%+ of the passwords entered.

I have raised the issue on the wish list as this is the 3rd Diplomacy game that is stuck that I am playing due to a player dropping out.
