Post by chesmart »

Hi i am new to this forum but have been playing harpoon from the begining (when it came out on 3.5 disks) I am at playing around with the data and i think i found a problem in the DB, according to data i have which is old the ss-n-19 shipwreck is supposed to fly at low altitude and the ss-n-12 sandbox is supposed to fly at high atitudes has some new info come out that updates this data. And is there info regardin ss-n-12 improvement the Vulcan which was trailed in a slava cruiser.

I posted here as at harpgamer the system does not permit me to post yet.

According to H4 data, both the SS-N-12 and SS-N-19 missiles cruise at High altitude.

There are no pending posts in harpgamer as unfortunately i do not have authorization to post there. The data used in the db is harpoon 4.1 annex ? are there any other sources used ? What about the Vulkan upgrade to ss-n-12 does it exist ? I apologize for my English as it is not my first language. BTW is there any other forum where HCE is discussed ?

I manually approved your registration at HarpGamer just now, normally users are able to complete the verification check (the forum sent you a validation e-mail you needed to click a link in), but since we've had contact, I approved your registration manually.

HarpGamer is the place for HC, no doubt about that.

H4.1 data is paramount, but I will use other data if H4.1 data is missing or deficient.

The P-1000 Vulkan version of the SS-N-12 was reported to have armed the last Slava cruiser, Varyag, but I've never seen confirmation of this. It also armed five Echo II SSGNs, but to date I haven't added this missile system to the DB.
