Seperate Location for Mods

A seperate location for Mods would make finding them much easier.

What I was asking about was two seperate locations. 1 for mods and the other for scenarios.

Actually in reality there should be 4 locations.

1. Download Scenarios.

2. Scenario Development

3. Download Mods

4. Mod Development.

That should keep items in order and easy to find.
