[minor bug] Display on history (F4)

Hi Vic !

I was testing Axis & Allies under v1.15.
I choose to play Axis, other nations under AI.
I start the game.
When it cames to my turn, I play history (F4 key + step/step button)
The Commies are moving one of their fighters unit.
the fun is that the units gets a gray background when it flies over the Axis controlled hexes ...


and a red background when it flies over USSR controlled hexes...

It's the same thing in the Ardennes scenario. But it's a really minor issue.

It's the same thing in every scenario. I didn't even realise it was a bug.
