One kitty bought the farm this past turn....along with four or five more PzIV's and two of those annoying little flamepanzers.
I guess you're unhappy with your ski troops eh? Well, I'll test your opinion of your ski troops out in a bit. :p
That battle to the north got pretty rough....again your arty has hurt me more than anything. But soon enough I'll have some armor running those little SoB's over.
To the south some long range dueling paid off....but I see a kitty approaching to try and spoil my fun.
The one tank I did manage to get behind Goblin's lines was unfortunately put out of action...just hexes away from messing up some arty parks!!!
So...back to you Goblin...show me the backsides of a couple more kitties....so I can give them the boot in the only place it can hurt them!

I think I could have won this, if my Ski INFANTRY acted like INFANTRY!!!! They do not. This enables Orzels tanks to ignore spots where he sees infantry, because his tanks will not be assaulted! So much for guarding a flank!:mad: This has left HUGE holes everywhere. I know you understand the implications of infantry that do not assault, so I will leave the subject.

I was just starting to swing over and try my hand at the advance...I wanted to see if I could kill those kitties or not.
Lots and Lots of armor was making its way up to force a breakthrough!

Oh well...can't force the issue I guess.

Well, as in the game with Jess....I will not claim a real victory here and will have to await a rematch. I want to beat you both at your own game on equal ground before I uncork a bottle of bubbly!

The mines kind of played a dirty hand to both of you....and it's true I had learned not to fear those ski troops at all. That seems to be something that should be fixed...they seemed a bit too weak.

However, your arty was devastating...and the Tigers were not going to be easy to beat...as I had to work at peeling away the supporting StuG's and PzIV's before I could even think of advancing. The minefields ended up wiping out four of my own tanks....two when the bozo's retreated into mines and two real Einsteins who ( having clear paths to the point a selected ) decided to take short cuts and blew themselves up. So my own mines bit me in the @ss as well.

Ok then....guess it's back to Summer Fury and Poland39. Good game Goblin....and yes, I'll see you at the Bridge.

Lots of armor! You're not kidding! He had 40 KV's alone!!!! That is within two of my whole tank force! Then there was 30 T34's, which easily outnumber the rest of my AFV's, plus 10 M10's, and some other stuff. I could NOT have stopped them, good infantry or not.
