RE: One year of BOB
Interesting idea Faber...I'm for it - maybe we could talk about the ship point value. I've always tried to be a no pressure participant (cuz life happens), but we need to keep the game moving forward and I agree 48 hours should be enough time (24 hours still the goal) to get the game turned around, with team mates helping. What I had hoped before was that when we agreed to the 48 hour time limit was that people would try to project their upcoming commitments and if not able to do the turn ask for help.

........I hate flying......
This is interesting coming from a penguin. [:)]
Which is why its so interesting. I cant quite place if its veiled envy, regret at not having been born a puffin or skua, denial, fear or just the natural reaction of a flightless bird locked inside the belly of a flying machine.

The turn is sent (I meant to do it this morning but had a yard project to finish.)
For what we are about to receive, may we be truly thankful.

RE: One and a third year of BOB
Ok, I see my cohorts in crime passed Bob on to the dastardly Allies. [:'(] Between staining/sealing the deck, clearing part of the yard and then planting grass, shredding the stuff I cleared, and my daughter doing a project on the computer, I've sort of been out of the loop (if you hadn't noticed). I really need to get a laptop. Just can't justify it though. [8|] We'll see. I head out to Denver Monday and am debating whether or not to get one tomorrow......

Unfortunately, i don't think this trick will work... you can't scuttle ships that aren't damaged... we could assess a VP point penalty, perhaps...ORIGINAL: niceguy2005

I asked first. You tell us, I'll tell you (and if you believe me I have some land about 40 miles east of here)[:D][:D][:D]

Yeah, as the crow flies, I am guessing the beach is about 12 to 15 miles to the east.[:D]
