Turn received from Haudrauf yesterday.

Germany, Winter '44: Better late than never - Cairo is taken against unsupplied British defenders thanks to a terrific Japanese performance in the Indian Ocean. Other than that the Wehrmacht moves around in Russia and Eastern Europe.

Losses all around the world up to this point:

Japan Winter44

Japan moves into Eastern India See SS
Chineese are noted as a slight irritation, but there lack of supply should keep them off of the offensive a while.

A unsupplied light fleet is destroyed trying to escape Cairo.

Rhodesia is taken and a retreat bug is noted.
A unsupplied fighter escapes moving 4 mps when WA only have 3mp fighters.
See SS in next post.

Axis achieve first water mark.

This was in the old version 1.011
This bug may or may not have already been addressed in 1.02

Turn received from Haudrauf on March 9.

Germany, Spring '44: Two battles in the East, one going rather bad, the other okay. Not much luck above Scotland either.

Turn sent to MrQuiet.

Still an obscene amount of Soviet espionage going on, despite German defense:

Japan Spring 44

WA are spending time, supply and manpower trying to regain control of Africa.
My spies revealed WA infantry research about half way to 8/8
WA have researched there fighters up to 8/8 with range 4.
WA have 'A Bomb' researched up to 7.
My spies revealed WA research almost at 7/7 on CAGs so a pre-emptive CAG strike is ordered for California but this time the actual battle takes place off the coast with 2 fighters on CAP over 4 WA Carriers. Not a single US Carrier plane is left to fly in the Pacific with one WA carrier destroyed and another badly damaged. 2 Jap CAGs damaged and 1 destroyed.

Southern India is surrounded.
