Air Squadron Reporting

Post by skrewball »

I was wondering if it was possible to make the logic of Airstrikes visible in the form of Action reports.

What I mean is that the computer will compute a strike based on weather, morale, experience and escort. There could be an enemy TF sitting a few hexes away and not get hit. It's frustrating to figure out why. Is there a way to have the computer print out why it decided not to strike? Example output could be...

Enemy TF Detected 46,50 (Making numbers up)
Organizing Strike...
Strike not flown because of...
Morale

Is this possible?

I like it! Now I would know where to send my stream of unpleasant thoughts as well as unpleasant words!

I am sure most commanders, are given a reason for an order not being carried out, thus more realism would be added to the game.
