In a time and place where everybody is out for a buck and once a company has your money you dont exist anymore, THANK YOU ALL. Your passion is clear to all of us. Your very much appreciated. I couldn't agree more! As a veteran gamer of some 30 yrs I remember the glory days of the 70's and early 80's when wargaming was soaring and it looked like the good times would never end.

Then came the downward spiral as one game company after another overextended themselves and the advent of computer gaming gave those of us from the 70's generation an outlet for our passion. This, along with obvious changes such as career pursuit and family helped to put an end to my ftf opportunities.

When I finally purchased my first "real" computer (Sorry TRS 80)I was "back". But, it became readily apparent that companies were catering to the mass market tastes rather than to the serious, "hardcore" wargamer. I don't blame them, after all business is business.

But then, several months ago, I came across an article in PC Gamer that mentioned Gary Grigsby's Pacific War and Matrix Games and my passion was reborn. A company that caters to us, the "HARDCORE" wargamer. Thank you, Matrix Games. You have a customer for life. As a customer service professional, (I actaually manage a video/computer game store) I could not be more pleased with your level of customer service. It is at once responsive, respectful and punctual.

So, here's to many happy years ahead for all of us.
