Whats the difference playing at Easy level as compared to Hard level? Is it the amount of troops or something else?

I'm pretty sure this setting affects the number of troops. I can't recall if setting it easy gives you more troops, or if it gives enemy less.

At the Easy level, your opponent gets 25% fewer points (which will generally result in fewer units). At the Hard level, you get 25% fewer points. At the Normal level, the points are kept as specified in the scenario.
