Screen size

In Hornet Leader PC, you command a squadron of the U.S. Navy’s elite F/A-18 Hornet Strike Fighters! You select the pilots and arm the aircraft based on real-world mission briefings. Once you reach your objective, you evaluate threats, and do what needs to be done to destroy the target!

Screen size

Post by Herr Colonel »

This is probably a really silly question, but I cannot get the game to size correctly on my laptop; the screen is way too large, and my display settings for Windows XP default to 1440 by 900 on my Sony Vaio.

The first few screens are fine it seems, but once I get to the pilot selection screen, it gets about 25% or so larger than the viewing area, which is annoying since the button to continue out of this screen is out of sight. I always have to ctrl+alt+del out of the thing to close it.

I'm fairly sure this is a pretty easy fix, but since I haven't seen any similar issues for this particular game in the tech support forum or here, it seemed as good a place as any to ask.

You'd think I'd know better but I haven't frequented these forums for a long time!

The game is set (and there's numerous threads about it here [:)]) to only use 1280x1024 screen resolution. Yes, it's something I won't repeat again; future games I do with Matrix will start at 1024x768.
