game still not loading

I have been having the same problem as other with the game not loading (the green progress bar stalls). The funny thing is, there was a day or to that it was working...then it stopped. It is obviously not the game itself but something my computer is doing. I have spoken to AGEods support but after they sent me an updated Settings file and reviewed my DXDIAG (which was fine), they have stopped answering my pleas for help.


I have tried teh manual input of the code and have all new driver's and I am not running VISTA. Ihave Windows XP.....can anyone help?

Start by ensuring your pc is not infected by virus-malware.

Uninstall, delete, reboot, reinstall, patch the game and try again.

Yes sir, been through all that...even re installed directx from microsoft.
