Can not seem to get KC135 to launch

Playing Vietnam Escort and attepting to launch a KC-135 Tanker located a Clark AFB. Launch window says 9 KC-135's are in Hanger L4-110 but have 0nm radius. How in the heck do you get a KC-135 to launch? Have tried to "ready" them but this does not seem to be the answer.

That problem with the Stratotanker in the Original Database [ODb] was previously reported here:

It has not been fixed as of the 3.9.2 patch release.

Grab the:

for a version of that scenario tested to work.
