Stopping a PBEM turn?

Post by John Galt »

Is there any way a PBEM turn can be started and then stopped without having to end turn? Any way to come back to it later? Using 7.1 if it makes any difference. Thanks.........

Regardless the version, the button "End the battle and exit" makes the trick.
You'll be asked then: " do you really want to leave the battle and resume it later?" or something like this; just say YES.
Be aware this will cause an extra load of the game, and if the "loads" are much more than the "quits". your opponent could argue about that.

As Resisti pointed out, this option is the only way to successfully do it with out ending your turn. I game will update the save portion although you won't get the usual saving notification because it's not encryting the files to be sent back to your PBEM opponent. This was when you start the turn back up you don't have to begin the turn from scratch, the game is smart enough to remember were you left off in your turn.
