Free can be nice too!

Post by m10bob »

Recently I went to download.com and got a free registry cleaner which actually works!.

I currently also own Registry Mechanic(which requires annual renewal), and I had PC Doctor, (which also required the annual renewal).

This free cleaner is called GLARY REGISTRY REPAIR and is for Windows computers.
It allows customization, in detail, and is free of both adware and spyware..

The product allows you to review the files it claims are "problems", and allows you to back up so you can retrieve..

Nice product....[:)]

Free sometimes doesn't stay that way, watch out for the online upgrades.

I use Eusing Free Registry Cleaner, it screws up my Zone Alarm if I'm not careful in de-selecting the ZA Hkey entries, maybe I'll give glary a try. Thanks.

If I may submit, I have been using a free cleaner for the past two years called cleaner. www.ccleaner.com is where you can get it. I tend to run it about once a week :) Updates are generally once every quarter. I havent had any problems with it.

Free is good-and getting less common. My free anti virus (AVG) is switching to payed subscription on the 25th. I've got 5 machines that need coverage[:(]. Back to Avost?
