emmulating great AARs

Post by undercovergeek »

im sure there are some, including me who have seen the perfect plan in an AAR - im not saying which because i plan on unleashing it in my first PBEM of AE - but will these tactics still be able to be carried forward in AE?

i understand that times from a to b will change but is the oob still pretty much the same, as in "pick up the 1, 2, 3 division from A and take them to B" will they still be there in AE

no neither did i after i posted it.

if you read a random aar and it says for example "for this operation i used 30th division based at singapore and then loaded 5th division at saipan" are the armies still where they were in old stock - is the 30th still at singapore or have locations and armies been updated some.

The nature of my question is if i read an AAR that is successful and think yup thats what i want to do and send my APs to singapore in AE - will the 30th be there?

Or simply put - are all the army starting locations the same for AE - there you go - thats exactly what i meant to say - thankyou, im here all day!!!!

All OOB's (land, navy, air) have been thoroughly scrubbed and given their correct starting points. Along with a slew of new bases and pre-split units, that means that the closest answer to that question is "no".

well, the "soon" T may be referring to is not like a "soon" someone will be asking when AE will be out again.[;)]
It doesn't make any sense, Admiral. Were we better than the Japanese or just luckier?
