What is the 'change HQ for all ships' button for? I can see no HQ listed for this TF (although maybe the ships within the TF will have it listed somewhere)? Is this something new? and if so, how does it work? What effect does the HQ of a ship have? etc?

Ship assignment to HQs is a notational convenience to allow players to group their ships. That's all. No cost or benefit to assignment, no controls.

Ships can be assigned to any Command or Naval HQ.

In other words, this is just a simple way for me to group my ships in say '8th Fleet' to know I have assigned them to the Guadalcanal campaign for instance? IE its like the notepad I normally keep on my desk for tracking things only in game?
