Useless air squadron in scenario!

Post by Sid »

In the battle of the eastern solomans, Austrailia is out of the picture. This is a historical lie, as Mac Arthur's air patrols had significant roles.

More frustratingly, there IS one C-47 squadron at Brisbane. It refuses to transfer, so it cannot be used. Why is that?

The scenario is non-historical in the sense that SWPAC forces are not modeled, I don't think I'd go so far as to call it a "lie". We wanted this to be a simple, short scenario that still gave the flavor of the Battle of the Eastern Solomons. The scenario's small unit count also makes it good for newbies. In addition, you still have VP-9, 11, and 23 to satisfy SOPAC air patrol needs.

The C-47 is an error, and will be removed.
