RHS Installer Version 1.5 available

The latest version of the installer is available at:

The changes from 1.4 include:

1. Scenarios upgrades to 7.91
2. Switcher option for opening Mekong deleted. Mekong has impassable section so this was in error.


I am going to be on the road and unable to make changes starting in a day or so and continuing for about 8 weeks. I will monitor this forum and try to answer any questions.
