A few customers order from the EU site have reported problems getting the download to start successfully. We're investigating the cause and if this is more than a random glitch, we'll find it and fix it ASAP. However, in the meantime customers have reported success by going to www.findmyorder.com to request a redownload. Please try www.findmyorder.com if this happens to you, or e-mail us with your order number and we'll reset your available downloads.

Do you have an order number that I could check to see what's going on?

In the meantime, I'd definitely give it another try. Make sure you don't have any other software running that could be blocking the cookies the store needs in order for the ordering process to work.

I should note that if all else fails, there is a phone number on the store page and we do accept orders by phone.

Okay....it worked! It was the don't enter your credit card info with spaces between the numbers bug.

It's back to basic training for this greenhorn Matrix recruit.[;)]
