British Army TO&E

So, I wanted to make some scenarios for UK and I can't find any sites with their modern TO&E.

Does anyone know any?
Or how light infantry and mechanized infantry companies/platoons are organised?

It doesn't help much as it doesn't show the squad/platoon/company structure and equipment.

So, charlie and delta team are for separate squad types?
